The Vietnamese Government is prioritising its renewable energy (RE) development, as a USD 120 billion was planned for the RE investment. One of the country’s efforts is the construction of a 1,000-megawatt capacity wind power farm which is targeted to be finished in Q3 2021. Additionally, the feed-in-tariff policies were also introduced to attract RE development, particularly for solar power and wind power.
