Rizka Belacitra

Procurement Officer

Rizka Belacitra (Bela) is the Procurement Officer at the ASEAN-German Energy Programme. She started her career as a Finance and Administrative Staff at Gadjah Mada University after graduating from its Economics and Business Programme. Before joining AGEP in November 2020, she worked at TNP2K Secretariat and INGO Plan International Indonesia. She is responsible for ensuring all financial reports run well and on time, for quarterly and annual reports. She also has extensive experience working with various donors, including JP Morgan USA, European Union (EU), and other Plan International offices. Her hobby is exercising, cooking, and traveling with her family.
