Before joining AGEP, Sodikin worked for a microfinance project funded by GIZ. In 2011, Sodikin transferred to RESP (Renewable Energy Support Programme), one of the earliest projects with the ACE (ASEAN Centre for Energy). His hobby is taking a walk in the morning and watching the daily news. Sodikin is blessed with two children.
